Artikel mit Pfand

Daher wird zusätzlich zum Kaufpreis ein Pfand berechnet, und wir bitten Sie, das alte Teil an uns zurückzusenden. Dies fällt unter die erweiterte Herstellerverantwortung gemäß dem Umweltgesetz, wonach Hersteller für die Rücknahme und Verwertung gebrauchter Teile verantwortlich sind.
Sie können das Teil zur Rückerstattung des Pfands anmelden, indem Sie sich mit uns in Verbindung setzen und das alte Teil vorzugsweise in der Originalverpackung oder im Karton des neuen Produkts zurücksenden. Nach Eingang und Bearbeitung wird der Pfandbetrag auf das Konto zurückerstattet, mit dem die Zahlung erfolgt ist. Die Rücksendekosten gehen zu Ihren Lasten, und die Sendung muss stets mit der Rücksendenummer versehen sein, die Sie nach der Anmeldung erhalten.
